The Unknown Legends Music Show

Unknown Legends Artists and 101.9 The Rocket have combined forces to help promote the local music scene by offering up the Unknown Legends Music Show. The Unknown Legends Music Show airs each Sunday evening at 6:00 p.m.

The hour long show will feature music by artists represented by the Unknown Legends Artists music talent agency. The show will not be limited to just those artists, however. The show will also feature music by area talent, past and present. "I want to make sure we keep the music in Hot Springs alive and kicking", says David Hughes, co-owner of Unknown Legends Artists and the host of the show. "I also want to make sure we don’t forget the music that has been sitting on all our shelves. There are lots of great musicians around here that need to be heard. I’m just trying to get it out there."

In addition to the music, the show will also feature guest interviews and eventually live performances in the studio. Hughes continues, "I want people to let me know what they think of the show. Call me. E-mail me. Let me know if you like what you are hearing or if there is something else you’d like to hear on the air. I’m also looking for old copies of some of the bands and acts that are no longer playing. If anyone has any music from some of the folks who have played in years gone by PLEASE get it to me. Let’s not let it be forgotten."
